Exhibitor Information
The Fall Institute will be held at the Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN from October 24 to 26, 2012. Pre-institute activities will take place on October 23. If you have any questions please contact our Sponsorship Chair, Merle Glasgow, at sponsorship@tnhfma.org.

- Please note you must be a sponsor of the Tennessee Chapter of HFMA in order to exhibit at the Fall Institute. Sponsorships start at $1,500 per year; learn about all the benefits of sponsorship and how to enroll at http://www.tnhfma.org/about-sponsorship/
- Cost to Exhibit:
- Gold Sponsors - No Charge
- Silver Sponsors - $250
- Bronze Sponsors - $500
- Registration will be open from September 1 to October 10, 2012.
- All exhibitors must register online, you will have the option to pay by check or credit card. Checks must be received by October 10, 2012.
- Each person who will be present at your booth must register for the conference to obtain a badge and ensure accurate food counts. If you are using one of your complimentary vouchers, you can select that option on the payment screen.
- All booths are 8ft by 10ft.
- Booth assignments will be e-mailed to the sponsor contact on or before October 19, 2011.
- Power and internet will be available free of charge.
- Booth Setup - Tuesday 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Exhibit Hall Times - TBA
- Booth Tear Down - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- The earliest time the Park Vista will accept shipments is Friday, October 19, 2012.
- The person’s name who will be looking for your packages should be noted on the shipping label as well as noting that it is for the HFMA Conference.
